Please bring your Printed and Signed Registration forms to practice before September 10. I need to get the player book ready for our first game and I'll need these forms.
To retrieve these forms, go to GotSoccer.com. Login to your account and click on your player's 2011-2012 Registration. This will take you to a tab with the Club Registration information. At the top left of this tab is a link called, "Printable Registration Form". Please print this form out and sign it. You can then PDF it and e-mail it to me, or bring it to practice.
Also, I'll need a small, driver's license-sized photo for their player cards. You can e-mail the photo to me at hklone [at] hotmail [dot] com and I will print it out for you. I'll try to remember my camera at the next practice so I can take photos if necessary.
