Maximum roster size in accordance to age group:

U10: 12 players

U11-U12: 14 players

U13-U18: 18 players

4 guest players allowed

Application fees:

$425 for U10

$495 for U11 & up

USYSA rules, subject to certain modification. Three game minimum. U10 will play 6 v. 6, U11 and U12 will play 8 v. 8, and all others 11 v. 11.

a. All teams must have a representative at the mandatory check in May 6th at the Doubletree Hotel, 5pm-9pm.

b. Representatives must have USYSA player laminated player cards, state or club approved roster and approved guest player forms.

c. ONLY teams that are NOT from Region IV states (Alaska, Arizona, California North, California South, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming) must provide USYSA travel forms approved by their respective state association.

d. All players must have approved medical releases. (This is not just a "Consent to Treat" form.) There will be no exceptions! Medical release form example can be found here. Please note that some clubs, including DYSA, have medical release details within their club registration form therefore will not need an additional medical release form.
