Dates: May 10,11,12 - 2013 (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Teams within an hour driving distance from Durango may have games on Friday evening as early as 5:00 pm.

Divisions:

Boys/Girls: U10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18

Maximum roster size in accordance to age group:

U10: 12 players

U11-U12: 14 players

U13-U18: 18 players

4 guest players allowed

$495 for U11 & up

Format:

USYSA rules, subject to certain modification. Three game minimum. U10 will play 6 v. 6, U11 and U12 will play 8 v. 8, and all others 11 v. 11.

Scoring: Six points for a win, three points for a tie, one point for a shutout and a maximum of three points for goals scored. One point deducted for each red card.
Awards: Individual medals for 1st and 2nd place
Acceptance: BY APRIL 1st, 2013
Check In:

a. All teams must have a representative at the mandatory check in May 10th at the Durango Welcome Center , 3pm-9pm.

b. 2 team State Sanctioned rosters (one will be kept by tournament officials)

c. Each Coach must have USYSA, AYSO, or USCS laminated  card

d. Each player must have:

  • Laminated  player ID card from USYSA, AYSO, or USCS
  • Proof of birth date - confirmed verification from State is accepted
  • Player's registration form
  • Medical Release Form and Consent to Treat

    All players must have approved medical releases. (This is not just a "Consent to Treat" form.) There will be no exceptions! Medical release form example can be found here. Please note that some clubs, including DYSA, have medical release details within their club registration form therefore will not need an additional medical release form.

Guest Players must provide the same credentials as rostered players

e. Any team NOT FROM Region IV states (Alaska, Arizona, California North, California South, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming) must provide USYSA travel forms approved by their respective state association.
