Durango's Premier Spring Soccer Tournament ~ Now in its 14th year, the Durango Shoot Out has developed into a spring meeting place of talented youth soccer players. In the past, over 145 teams from Arizona, New Mexico, Utah and Colorado converge in Durango for this early spring tournament. Get the Durango Shootout Application now. Application deadline is APRIL 1, 2008.

Dates: May 9 - 11, 2008 (Teams within an hour driving distance of Durango may have games on Friday evening as early as 5:00 PM)

Team Check-In

Mandatory Check-In is Friday Night, May 9th from 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm at Fort Lewis College, Skyhawk Hall, Room 140. A representative from each team MUST be present at team Check-In. Come prepared with your tournament roster and a player card, registration form, birth certificate (or copy of) and medical release for each player. The Medical Release is a separate form and not just a "consent to treat". Please see our web site for the appropriate type of Medical Release. New Mexico teams may use club certified birth confirmations. The same information is required for all guest players (limit of 4 guest players). If you are registered in a state other than Colorado, you must present an approved "Application to Travel" when you Check-in on Friday night. If you are new to the required paperwork, this is a very specific form that must be approved by your State Soccer Association for the Durango Shoot Out Tournament. It is not something that is included with your regular team paperwork. Out of state guest player travel forms must also be presented at check-in. AYSO teams must have the same paperwork from their AYSO Commissioners.
