DYSA Uniforms 

During tryouts in May, uniform samples will be available for trying on and, for your convenience, each player will receive a form to record their uniform sizes.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept returns based on sizing. These uniforms will be worn for two years, so plan your sizes accordingly. Each player who sizes during tryouts will receive a coupon attached to their sizing form good for 15% off any regular priced Diadora shoes, and 20% off all other regular priced Diadora merchandise, good until 8/31/08.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders will not be taken during sizing; you will still need to come into the store to place your order. After you have selected your appropriate sizes, you will need to bring your form to Southwest Soccer Sports, and place your uniform order.

Payment in full will be expected at time of order.

All orders placed before June 28th, 2008 will receive the preseason package price, which is 40% off of retail.

Any additional uniform items may be ordered at this time, at the preseason price (warm-ups, additional socks, shorts, etc.).

Any orders received after June 28th will be sold with the DYSA uniform discount, which is 10% off of retail.

Ordering your uniform pre-season is the best way to get a great deal, while ensuring that you receive your uniform before the season starts.
